Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships. Once your order is on its way, you can choose from the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
During the busy holiday season (November-December), please allow extra time for delivery due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience as we work to bring a touch of Christmas magic to your doorstep!
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. However, due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of some Christmas treasures, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Glass Ornaments (hand-blown and delicate)
- Santa Ornaments
- Figurines
These items are crafted with love and require special handling, making returns impractical once they’ve left our Christmas workshop. We ensure each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to guarantee its quality.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return eligible items:
- Contact Our Christmas Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship it to our address below.
Note on Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The credit will appear in your account depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll assist you once we receive your return. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error.
