At Country Christmas Loft Store, we want your Christmas shopping experience to be as magical as the season itself. While we carefully wrap each hand-blown glass ornament and delicate figurine with love, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is needed.

Our Return Policy Period

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature of certain Christmas treasures, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Glass Ornaments (hand-blown and delicate)
  • Santa Ornaments
  • Figurines

These items are carefully crafted and require special handling, making returns impractical once they’ve left our Christmas workshop.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return eligible items:

  1. Contact Our Christmas Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship to our address below

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll be happy to help once we receive your return. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error.

Christmas Note: During the holiday season (November-December), please allow extra time for return processing due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience as our small Christmas team works to make every customer experience magical.
